2002<\/b>
In May 2002, Rolf Hemmann founded the company HEMAG in the old wire factory building in Biel. The company specializes in the manufacture of small precision parts made of hard metal, ceramics and steel. At the end of October, the transition to Hemmann Schleiftechnik takes place. The wife Esther Hemmann also actively helps to build up the company.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2003<\/b>
In October 2003, Rolf Hemmann and Christoph Ogi take over the company Theilk\u00e4s Fr\u00e8res from Br\u00fcgg with all employees as part of a succession plan. The company Theilk\u00e4s Fr\u00e8res had been on the market for 30 years, specializing in the production of precision carbide tools for machining. The company is repositioned under the name HT Toolstar AG. Together with Hemmann Schleiftechnik GmbH, we can offer our customers a well-rounded product portfolio.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Esther Hemmann acquires Christoph Ogi\u2019s shares in 2005.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2006<\/b>

In June 2009, the company headquarters is moved to new, modern premises in Ipsach. Simultaneously, HT Toolstar AG is integrated into the company Hemmann Schleiftechnik GmbH.<\/p>\n
